Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Hotel Manager to oversee operations at Villa Daksa, located on-site in Daliyat al-Karmel. As a Hotel Manager, you will manage daily operations, including customer service, front desk supervision, and managing reservations. You will also be responsible for overseeing budgeting and financial planning, ensuring optimal performance of all departments. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the sales team to drive revenue and lead the food & beverage services to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Sales to achieve financial goals and drive revenue growth
• Experience in managing Food & Beverage services to ensure quality standards and high customer satisfaction
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams at all levels
• Previous experience in hospitality management preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
