An exciting opportunity to join a leading global company in a key tax position!
The role is based in Tel Aviv, in a hybrid work model, offering excellent conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual corporate income tax returns.
- Prepare tax reports under the Sheshinski Law (oil & gas taxation).
- Monitor direct and indirect tax procedures and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Interpret and implement new or revised tax laws.
- Provide accurate data and reports to the Tax Manager.
- Calculate tax liabilities and ensure compliance with payment and reporting requirements (Corporate Income Tax, Sheshinski Levy, withholding tax).
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate tax entries in the ERP system.
- Prepare disclosures and information for tax audits, assessments, and memos.
- Support the Group finance department with ongoing and ad hoc tax-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- 2–4 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting, preferably in a large company or Big 5 firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of Israeli and international tax legislation; oil & gas tax knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with international reporting standards (IFRS).
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
