What you’ll do

Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize large-scale paid campaigns across social, search, display, affiliates, influencers, and additional platforms (Facebook & Google Ads mandatory), consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.

Continuously analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, maximize revenue, and improve acquisition efficiency.

Translate performance insights and data into clear action items.

Initiate and implement improvements, testing frameworks, and creative solutions to scale activity.

Respond quickly to changes in online marketing trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.

Work closely with creative teams to brief and optimize visually compelling marketing assets.

Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate content and campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance/campaign management.- Mandatory
• Proven experience managing high marketing budgets and delivering performance at scale.
• Excellent analytical skills and very strong Excel abilities.
• A curious, data-driven mindset with a passion for learning, testing, and optimizing based on KPIs.
• Deep understanding and experience with Facebook and Google Ads (mandatory).
• Academic degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or another analytical discipline.
• Excellent English (verbal & written).
• Highly organized, proactive, motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Passionate about the online marketing field and performance-driven growth.
• Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally across markets
