**Job Description Summary

**Responsible for implementing the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) strategy at a manufacturing site and logistics center, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. The role includes managing safety, environmental, and health programs, developing processes for continuous improvement, and promoting a strong safety culture across all employees.

**Job Description

**Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement EHS programs at the manufacturing site and logistics center, including machine safety, accident prevention, and hazardous materials management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures related to environment, health, and safety.
• Conduct operational risk assessments and lead risk reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate EHS training for production and logistics employees, monitor compliance with safety procedures, and lead internal and external audits.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
• Promote a positive safety culture and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in EHS processes.
• Manage interfaces with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
• Support sustainability goals and emissions reduction in line with the company’s environmental roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience in EHS management within an industrial/manufacturing environment – mandatory.
• Valid Safety Officer Certification – mandatory.
• Certified Safety Program Preparer – advantage.
• Radiation Safety Officer Certification – advantage.
• Certified Instructor by the Ministry of Labor – advantage.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Strong leadership, training, and cultural influence skills.
• High-level English proficiency – mandatory
