abra, a leading integration company, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to design, implement, and deliver innovative, scalable Salesforce solutions that drive real business value.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into robust architectures and best-practice solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated platforms.

This position combines deep technical expertise with strong project leadership, including the ability to define timelines, manage priorities, and ensure successful delivery within scope and schedule. You will also act as a trusted advisor and mentor, fostering collaboration and guiding Salesforce professionals toward achieving strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and best practices
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Lead and contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution, managing tasks and priorities to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and implementers on Salesforce design patterns and best practices
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges while driving continuous improvement and optimization
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Consultant, or Project Manager
• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations end-to-end, including greenfield projects
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, including advanced configuration, security and permissions, data modeling, and data migration
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components design considerations
• Strong experience in project management methodologies, including backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and documentation
• Experience in insurance and financial services domains is a strong advantage

• Self-motivated, fast learner, capable of working independently in a dynamic, changing environment
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills
• Ability to perform effectively under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional architect-level certifications are a strong plus
