We are looking for a motivated, sales driven, and analytical Junior Affiliate Manager to join our growing team in Herzliya. This is a full time, on site role with no hybrid option.

If you are passionate about online marketing and eager to enter the Affiliate world within the iGaming industry, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow.

What You’ll Do:

Build, manage, and nurture long term relationships with affiliate partners.

Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the affiliate network.

Monitor and analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and work toward clear KPIs.

Conduct ongoing market research, follow worldwide trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, BI, Product, and Creative to ensure campaign success.

Negotiate terms, manage budgets, and maintain structured communication with partners.

Sales oriented mindset combined with strong analytical thinking.

Ability to research, surf the web independently, and stay updated with global trends.

Familiar with the online casino industry – Mandatory.

Fluency in English – Mandatory.

Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn and grow.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and multitask.
