🚀 We’re Hiring: PHY Software Team Manager – 4G

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and passionate PHY Software Team Manager to lead the research and development of advanced, cutting-edge 4G cellular communication solutions.

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Lead a team responsible for real-time Physical Layer (PHY) software in 4G products
• Take an active role in the full development lifecycle of PHY features – from initial design through end-to-end system integration
• Be hands-on with architecture, implementation, validation, testing, and integration
• Collaborate with global, multi-site R&D teams

🎯 What you must have:

• Previous experience in team leadership or technical leadership within software development teams
• Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) or cellular PHY technologies (4G – strong advantage)
• Experience with wireless communication systems
• Good working knowledge of C and/or C++
• Experience in real-time software development on Linux, including multi-processor platforms
• Excellent communication skills, strong team player, and ability to thrive in a global environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Positive, professional attitude
• Fluent English

🎓 Education:

• BSc in Communication Engineering, Computer / Software Engineering, Signal Processing, or a related field
• MSc – an advantage
