_**abra is seeking a Product & System Analyst.

**_We are looking for a skilled Product & System Analyst to lead digital products and systems end-to-end, translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, and take an active role in building impactful digital solutions.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, solid technical understanding, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, multi-interface environment.

A full-time, hybrid position, based in Central Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital projects end-to-end – from business need definition through development, go-live, and ongoing improvements.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Write detailed specification documents, including system flows, REST APIs, integrations, and system dependencies.
• Work closely with developers, architects, DevOps, QA, and multiple vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage timelines, tasks, and risks in multi-vendor and cross-functional projects.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and provide ongoing support.
• Lead UAT processes and support Go-Live activities.
• Monitor system performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst OR System Analyst
• Strong technical understanding, including APIs, integrations, and system interfaces.
• Experience writing functional and technical specifications.
• High analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex systems and think end-to-end.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field – advantage.
• Proactive, independent, and curious, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
