We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Technical Team Lead to drive the R&D roadmap for our Agentic AI Malware Analysis and Threat Intelligence System. This system is a mission-critical, on-premises platform designed for high-security, air-gapped environments. The lead will be responsible for overseeing the integration of advanced AI (LLMs, multi-agent orchestration) with traditional malware analysis tools to deliver highly automated reverse engineering, behavioral analysis, and threat attribution.

• Core Responsibility: Full technical and hands-on implementation of research, development, and seamless integration of next-generation Artificial Intelligence (LLMs and multi-agent orchestration frameworks) with established, high-fidelity traditional malware analysis toolchains.
• Leadership Duties: Guide a team of elite engineers and researchers, set technical standards, manage sprints, and ensure platform adherence to client demands.

Requirements:

• Deep Cybersecurity Domain Knowledge & Hands-on Capability: Extensive, practical, hands-on experience in malware analysis and reverse engineering (both manual and automated techniques). Must be capable of diving into the technical details, prototyping, and thoroughly reviewing the complex technical deliverables (e.g., final YARA rules, system architecture, LLM fine-tuning datasets) from team members.
• AI/ML and Autonomous Systems: Proven experience with advanced AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and multi-agent orchestration (e.g., ReAct frameworks). Experience fine-tuning LLMs on specialized data (e.g., malware and threat intelligence).
• Secure Infrastructure & Deployment: Experience designing and implementing systems within highly restrictive environments, specifically air-gapped/on-premises deployments, including security hardening, isolation techniques, and managing data and model updates without external connectivity.
• Software Architecture: Experience leading the design of complex, multi-component systems, including workflow orchestration, static/dynamic analysis integration, and local threat intelligence knowledge base integration.
