We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Program Manager to lead the effective execution of strategic initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on process implementation, driving organizational efficiency by identifying and addressing pain points that hinder project success. You will be responsible for developing and refining workflows to ensure that best practices are adopted across multiple projects, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication among teams. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and proactive problem-solving will be essential in guiding teams through challenges, promoting an environment of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with business goals. As a key stakeholder, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions that foster a culture of transparency and accountability, ultimately delivering sustainable value to our organization.

What you’ll do:

Jira basic management:

• Create and manage dashboards, filters, and boards based on team and initiative needs.
• Maintain and update workflows, issue types, and custom fields when needed.
• Ensure proper project configurations.

Reporting and Monitoring:

• Extract and format Jira reports for program management and stakeholder reviews.
• Generate insights on sprint health, burndown trends, and velocity tracking.
• Identify and monitor issues crossing multiple epics, teams, or initiatives.
• Track overdue items, and priority changes, and escalate when necessary.

Sprint and Workflow Oversight:

• Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning preparation by providing data insights.
• Ensure alignment between Jira configuration and actual team practices.

You’ll do it using:

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred).
• Proven experience in Jira administration (including JQL, dashboard creation, custom workflows).
• Ability to produce Jira reports, statistics and graphs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with developers, PMs, and stakeholders.
