**Your Role And Responsibilities

**Are you passionate about advancing the frontiers of generative AI, agentic systems, and their real-world applications?

As a Student Researcher, you will join a dynamic team of leading AI researchers working on cutting-edge challenges in agentic architectures, reasoning, and enterprise-scale automation.

Your Work Will Span a Range Of Topics, Including

• Agentic systems and reasoning
• Utilization and optimization of external tools
• Evaluation of LLMs and generative AI applications

You will collaborate closely with senior researchers to explore and develop new agentic methods, such as:

• Context engineering
• User simulation
• Test-time scaling
• Memory and tool optimization

Our team's mission is to enable robust, enterprise-ready agentic systems through end-to-end optimization.

We Design Frameworks And Methodologies That

IBM Site in Hashahar Tower , Givataym (Near Tel Aviv Arlozorov train station)

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• PhD or MSc student in Machine Learning (preferably in NLP)
• Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of the LLM space.
• Hands-on experience writing Python code and using LLM libraries (e.g., Huggingface Transformers, PyTorch). Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) is advantageous but not required.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Innovative thinker, creative, and self-driven.
• Fluent in English.
