About the Role

As a User Acquisition Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients and partners end-to-end, combining strong analytical skills with hands-on campaign execution and ongoing optimization.

The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams, data-driven decision-making, and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client and partner relationships end-to-end
• Understand business goals and translate them into tailored user acquisition strategies
• Plan, execute, monitor, and continuously optimize digital and mobile UA campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare in-depth reports, and identify growth opportunities
• Lead client communication, including kick-off calls, regular updates, troubleshooting, and performance reviews
• Work with data and insights to maximize performance and revenue

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with a clear affinity for numbers and data
• Experience working with data: performance analysis, trend identification, and deriving actionable insights
• Ability to read, understand, and extract insights from reports
• Good proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Understanding of optimization processes and performance-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage ongoing communication with clients and partners, while handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous professional experience in a first or early-stage role (advantage for experience in high-tech, digital, or technology-driven environments)
• Good level of English for day-to-day communication
• Proactive, curious, fast learner with strong ownership and teamwork skills
