We are now looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our core team and lead complex, high-impact searches for senior and executive roles.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end executive search processes for senior and leadership positions, from strategy and market mapping through closing and offer negotiation
• Act as a trusted partner to CEOs, founders, and senior hiring managers, deeply understanding business goals and leadership needs
• Design and execute creative sourcing and headhunting strategies, engaging passive, high-caliber candidates through direct search, LinkedIn, and industry networks
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent, creating a strong and relevant pipeline
• Play an active role in employer branding, positioning iLeadX and our clients as destinations for top leadership talent
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, marked by professionalism, transparency, and trust
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in senior-level / executive recruitment, ideally within high-tech, startups, or global organizations
• A proven track record of closing complex, competitive leadership searches
• Strong hands-on expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and influence senior executives
• High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-search environment, while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
