We are looking for a Salesforce Implementer to join our team and support day-to-day activities in a dynamic and professional environment.

**
Key Responsibilities (Implementation & Administration)**

:• Salesforce Implementation & Configuration: Configure system settings, user security (profiles/permissions), custom objects, and page layouts. Lead technical solution implementation in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

.• Automation & Data: Design and implement complex automation using Salesforce Flows (Expertise is essential). Manage data quality, imports, cleanup, duplication, and data structure maintenance

.• Support, Reporting & Documentation: Provide user support and training, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate on business requirements. Develop reports and dashboards. Maintain system documentation

Required Qualifications & Experien

ceMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer or Administrato

r.• Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is an advantag

e.• Declarative Expertise: Expertise in FLOWS, Validation Rules, Security Salesforce functionalities, strong knowledge of standard and custom object

s.• Core Cloud Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionalitie

s.• Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of data models, security, and platform limitation

s.• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), and strong collaboration skill

s.Preferred Qualifications & Skill

s:• Additional Certifications (Advantage) : Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certification

s.• Methodology: Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologie

s.• Environment Experience: Experience working in large-scale, multi-project enterprise environments, or in project-based/consulting environment
