About the Rol**

eWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Team Lead to guide and build a team of Product Managers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, helping us build the next generation of AI-powered AdTech solutions. You will not just manage a backlog; you will shape the vision for how publishers optimize their revenue and how advertisers reach their audiences. You will mentor a talented team, collaborate closely with our Data and Development teams, and ensure our product stays ahead of the curve in a competitive market

• g.Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term vision and strategy for our product. Translate company goals into a clear, actionable roadma
• p.Execution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration. Ensure we deliver high-value features that solve real problems for our client
• s.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Tech and Product Design teams to build scalable, valuable features. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand market needs and close feedback loop
