****Responsibilities

**We are seeking a motivated student to provide administrative and project support to individuals or teams of varying sizes. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting, composing, and proofreading correspondence using current office software.
• Managing systems for secure retention, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of confidential information.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, including logistics.
• Organizing and maintaining calendars for managers and/or departments.
• Arranging travel and preparing expense reports.
• Maintaining office supplies and tracking departmental headcount and spending.
• Managing recognition programs and serving as a resource for policies, procedures, and office software applications.
• Conducting research, performing data analysis, and preparing reports or recommendations.
• Handling copying, collating, sorting, and distribution of materials.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a recognized academic program (undergraduate).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common office software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a globally dispersed team.
• Analytical skills for research and data analysis tasks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
