Location: Herzliya, Israel

A global provider of cutting-edge defense technologies, is seeking a highly skilled MSU Technical Manager to lead a multidisciplinary system project within our dynamic R&D division.

This position combines technical leadership, system engineering, and cross-functional coordination in a complex and sensitive defense environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead system engineering activities from requirements definition through design, integration, testing, and delivery.

Define and manage system and subsystem requirements, interfaces, and architectures.

Translate customer needs into detailed technical documentation (SDD, SRS, ICD, CONOPS, ATP, POD).

Conduct system performance analysis, modeling, and simulation.

Coordinate between multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, mechanics, and optics).

Manage subcontractors and technical interfaces.

Oversee the transition from development to production.

Participate in integration, validation, and verification processes.

Provide technical support and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate directly with customers and external partners in both defense and civilian domains.

Job requirements (must)

Defense and Space Manufacturing Industries

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc. – advantage).

At least 5 years of experience as a System Engineer with proven management experience.

Strong background in multidisciplinary systems (hardware, software, optics, mechanics).

Experience writing system documents and defining complex requirements.

Hands-on involvement in defense-standard projects or military systems.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High level of English, both written and spoken.

Active security clearance – advantage
