What You’ll Be Doing
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
Architect scalable, high-performance systems to support growing customer demands
Lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product requirements
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, with a focus on performance and security
Implement automated tests and ensure code quality and reliability
Collaborate on database architecture, optimization, and scaling
Contribute to decisions around technical stack, tools, and development processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes
What You Need to Bring with You
- Solid backend development experience (at least 4-5 years of experience in Python)
- Deep understanding of best practices in scalable server-side architecture
- Ability to design, research, and implement large and complex architectures
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills—ability to troubleshoot complex system and application issues
- Experience with cloud deployment—GCP is preferred
- A startup mentality—comfortable with high pace and dynamically changing tasks and priorities
- Excellent level of English (both written and spoken)
- A sense of humor and positive energy
