**Role Description
**

This full-time position as a Credit Underwriter is based on-site at קרדיט24 offices in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The role involves analyzing and evaluating loan applications, assessing credit risk, and making underwriting decisions in line with the company's policies. The Credit Underwriter will collaborate with team members to ensure timely loan processing, communicate effectively with clients to clarify inquiries, and contribute to maintaining high service levels within the credit operations team.

**Qualifications
**

• Proven expertise in Credit Underwriting and general Underwriting processes.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess risk and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective client interactions and teamwork.
• Experience or familiarity with Loans and consumer credit is strongly desired.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software or tools is a plus.
• Relevant education in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the fintech or credit industry is advantageous.
