🔹 Embedded Software Engineer (Real-Time / RTOS) 🔹

📍 Location: Rosh HaAyin, Israel

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our software development team, working on complex real-time embedded systems.

The role involves developing embedded software in Bare-Metal and RTOS environments, close collaboration with system and hardware teams, and full responsibility for the software lifecycle—from requirements definition through implementation, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop embedded software for real-time systems (Bare-Metal, RTOS)
• Design, implement, and maintain software modules in C/C++
• Work closely with system and hardware engineers on requirements definition and system integration
• Interface with hardware components such as sensors, communication modules, and FPGA
• Participate in the full software lifecycle: specification, development, testing, and documentation
• Maintain and enhance existing codebases according to evolving requirements
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary Agile development team

Mandatory Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics
• 5+ years of experience in real-time embedded software development (C/C++)
• Proven experience with RTOS and Bare-Metal environments
• Experience developing multidisciplinary products and/or IoT systems
• Hands-on experience with hardware interfaces and communication protocols:
• UART, USB, Ethernet (LAN), I2C, SPI, sensors, FPGA
• Strong teamwork skills, sense of ownership, and ability to work intensively when required
• Willingness to learn and maintain existing codebases

Advantages:

• Strong experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers
• Familiarity with MCU/SoC families:
• ST (STM32), Microchip, TI, Atmel
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
