Role Description

PocketLink is looking for an Application Support Specialist to join our team in Netanya.

This is a full-time on-site role.

The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for our software solutions.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in application or technical support
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Proven knowledge of SQL. Writing scripts and procedures

Other skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• Experience in supply chain management or logistics
• Experience working with Cloud solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
