**Job Description:

**We are looking for a talented Webint analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their operational and technical needs, and communicate relevant insights to the sales team
• Lead customer onboarding by providing proactive support, best practice guidance, and relevant use cases
• Train and educate customers on the product, ensuring effective adoption and ongoing success
• Develop deep product expertise and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and real-world use
• Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
• Represent the company at professional events, including on-site demos and industry exhibitions
• Conduct open-source investigations to generate compelling use cases and demonstrate product capabilities
• Create comprehensive OSINT reports, both independently and in response to requests from sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as an OSINT Analyst or Intelligence Analyst
• Full proficiency in Arabic (spoken, written, and reading)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver effective training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to gather, interpret, and present data clearly and effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple inquiries in parallel
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree
