About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with proven expertise in Generative AI to lead the development and deployment of GenAI-based applications. This role involves designing and implementing multiple GenAI systems in a cloud environment, driving technical strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI applications (LLMs, RAG pipelines, autonomous agents)

• Build AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, PaLM, Gemini)

• Architect complex GenAI systems including advanced prompt engineering

• Integrate generative models with existing enterprise systems

• Implement LLMOps best practices and performance monitoring

• Support development teams and provide ongoing technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering ML/AI solutions in production

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI/LLMs (GPT, Claude, PaLM/Gemini)

• Practical experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings

• Strong Python skills and familiarity with leading AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers)

• Experience working with LLM APIs

Preferred Qualifications (Important)

• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions)

• Background in developing chatbots and conversational AI

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning

• Experience handling sensitive data & security requirements

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOps pipelines
