🔬The Karina Yaniv Lab at the Weizmann Institute of Science is looking for a hands-on, curious, and highly organized scientist to join our team. If you love molecular biology and enjoy keeping a lab running smoothly, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll do
- Plan, perform, and analyze molecular biology experiments (cloning, CRISPR/Cas9, PCR/qPCR, DNA/RNA)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary research team
- Manage day-to-day lab operations, safety, and compliance
- Oversee reagents, consumables, and inventory
- Train and support new lab members
What you bring
- MSc PhD in a life science field
- Strong hands-on molecular biology experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence troubleshooting experiments independently
- A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
