Periclase is a manufacturing site producing magnesia-based products used as raw materials for the pharmaceutical, food, plastics, and other industries. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading all quality and product safety processes at the site, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site Quality Assurance system and product safety processes
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and customer requirements
• Manage SOPs, quality processes, product release, and change management
• Lead deviation investigations, CAPA, and customer complaints
• Manage internal and external audits (including Ministry of Health and FDA)
• Provide quality support to all site departments
• Lead and develop the QA team (6 direct reports)
• Member of the site management team

What are we looking for?

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
• (M.Sc. – an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of QA management experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Experience leading regulatory and customer audits (Hebrew & English)
• People management experience
• Knowledge of GMP, ICH Q7, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11
• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 17025)
• Food industry experience – an advantage
