One Digital is looking for a talented and driven Fullstack Tech Lead to lead complex web development projects and inspire a strong technological culture within the team.

This role combines hands-on fullstack development with responsibility for mentoring developers and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with project managers, QA leads, infrastructure teams, and developers to turn business needs into elegant, maintainable, and innovative products.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and technical delivery of modern web applications.
• Take ownership over architecture, implementation, and code quality.
• Manage and guide a small team of developers while remaining hands-on.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, DevOps, and leadership.
• Empower innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in web development – must.
• 3+ years of team or project leadership experience – must.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / or relevant degree – must.
• Strong experience with React, including advanced libraries (TypeScript, Redux) – must.
• Proficiency in server-side development with C# and .NET Core – must.
• Familiarity with Figma and JIRA – must.
• Deep understanding and usage of Git – must.
• Experience with unit testing – advantage.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) – advantage.
• Proven experience in code reviews and mentoring developers.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
• A collaborative, proactive attitude with high integrity and accountability.
