Test Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Test-Applicaiton Engineer. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on IC test development and production support, working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the focal point for different customers
• Develop, debug, and maintain IC test programs for wafer-level and final test
• Project management of variety of projects from writing operational steps to leading test program activities
• Support production testing, including yield analysis, test optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Work with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest) to implement efficient and reliable test solutions.
• Collaborate with design, product, and manufacturing teams to define test requirements and coverage.
• Support the design, bring-up, and validation of probe cards and load boards.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test methodologies, processes, and efficiency.
• Interface with external vendors and global testing partners as needed.
• Document test solutions, procedures, and results clearly and professionally.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Project management skills
• 3+ years of experience in IC test development or a similar test engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with ATE systems (Advantest preferred).
• Programming experience (e.g., C++, VB, Python, LabVIEW), an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse technical teams.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
