Senior Media Buyer (Full-Time) – Israel

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Senior Media Buyer to join our Media Buying team. This is a performance-driven role focused on the "long tail" of in-app advertising.

We are not looking for a strategist or an account manager; we need a "power buyer" who can manage and manually optimize hundreds of campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will hit the ground running within two weeks, taking over active campaigns and contributing immediately to the team's ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Execution: Plan, launch, and manually manage performance-based UA campaigns across a wide array of self-serve platforms.
• Deep Optimization: Monitor and optimize hundreds of campaigns daily, focusing on granular data points to maximize ROAS and retention.
• Platform Mastery: Navigate programmatic DSPs and SDK networks to acquire high-quality users across multiple verticals (Gaming, Finance, Sports Betting, etc.).
• Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize MMPs to track user journeys, identify attribution discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
• Knowledge Sharing: Act as a senior technical resource for the team, providing tips and advanced optimization techniques to junior buyers.

Requirements:

Must-Have (The "Core Business")

• 3–5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in In-App User Acquisition (Agency experience is a major plus).
• Programmatic DSP Expertise: Hands-on experience with Self-Serve (non-managed) programmatic platforms such as Kayzen, Mediasmart (Maddox), or GeoSpot.
• SDK Network Proficiency: Experience running campaigns on AppLovin, IronSource, Unity, or Mintegral, etc.
• MMP Mastery: Deep knowledge of tracking systems, specifically AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular. You must understand attribution flow and setup.
• Language: Preferred Fluent Hebrew and English (better for team collaboration and professional communication).
• Technical Prowess: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for manual data analysis.

Nice-to-Have (Added Value) - NOT MUST:

• Experience with Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) or Google Ads.
• Experience with Native Platforms (Taboola, Outbrain).
• Experience in "Hard" verticals: Real-money Gaming, Casino, or Fintech.
