One of our clients, an innovative startup in the health-tech sector, is looking to hire an LLM Engineer to join their growing team.

This Tel Aviv-based company is part of a well-established venture group specializing in launching cutting-edge AI ventures. The company is revolutionizing the way medical billing errors are detected, an issue that costs the healthcare industry billions annually.

By leveraging advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and intelligent automation, the company is developing a state-of-the-art engine that analyzes and corrects medical claims with exceptional precision. Their platform tailors its analysis to each individual claim, taking into account the specific provider, payer, and plan.

This is a hands-on LLM engineering role for a builder-leader who is passionate about applied AI and eager to build systems that integrate and scale LLMs in real-world production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop systems for rapid experimentation and deployment of LLMs, AI agents, and automation workflows.
• Research, implement, and optimize AI algorithms with a focus on LLM-based technologies.
• Lead innovation by exploring and integrating cutting-edge LLM tools and techniques into the product stack.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar).
• 2+ years of experience with algorithm design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, or intelligent agents.
• Familiarity with advanced LLM concepts such as RAG, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Background in health insurance, medical billing, or medical coding. Advantages:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Work Model: Hybrid – typically 3 days in-office, 2 days remote, with mutual flexibility.

Office located near the Azrieli Center in Tel Aviv (5–10 minutes walk from train).
