We are looking for an Account Executive to join our B2B/B2G Sales team. The sales team is responsible for managing complex, consultative sales processes and building long-term relationships with organizational clients across the private, public, and social sectors (NGOs and Funds).

As an Account Executive, you will lead end-to-end sales cycles, design tailored training solutions, and maintain ownership of client relationships throughout program delivery, renewal, and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with HR, L&D professionals, senior managers, and decision-makers.
  • Design customized training solutions based on organizational needs, defined goals, and measurable KPIs.
  • Build pricing models, proposals, and milestone-based commercial structures.
  • Maintain ownership of client relationships throughout program delivery and lead efforts on renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial agreements and execution.
  • Proactively managing and documenting all pipeline activities in the CRM to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

Must Have

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B/B2G services sales, managing complex, consultative sales cycles. Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery, qualifying leads, pitching, objection handling, and deal closing.
  • Experience working with organizational clients (Business, Public sector, NGOs, or Foundations).
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, including pricing and deal structuring.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven Track record of consistent over-achievement with a commitment to a process-driven sales approach.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken.

Advantage

  • Experience selling training, learning, or professional development solutions.
  • Experience working with multi-sector organizations, such as the public sector, NGOs, or foundations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Monday, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools as part of sales work (presentations, processes, and value propositions) across relevant tools and platforms.
