**Tigapo, by Nayax, is redefining Family Entertainment Center (FEC) management with the world’s most advanced platform. Our SaaS web console empowers location owners, whether tech-savvy or not, with intuitive, modern tools powered by AI for business intelligence and operational excellence. For end visitors, we deliver an engaging, gamified experience through kiosks, apps, promotions, challenges, leaderboards, and more. We’re looking for a Product Rockstar to drive our product vision. This is a unique opportunity to shape both our B2B SaaS platform and our B2C visitor experience from the ground up.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Own the product roadmap for Tigapo’s SaaS platform and visitor-facing solutions.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver a slick, intuitive, and modern user experience for both tech-savvy and non-technical customers.
• Manage feature prioritization, versioning, and release planning across platforms.
• Partner with engineering to ensure smooth execution and delivery of product initiatives.
• Incorporate AI-driven insights into product decisions for BI and operational tasks.
• Support B2C initiatives (kiosk, app, gamification features) - either directly or by following leadership guidance.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to continuously improve the platform.
• Champion gamification and customer engagement strategies (leaderboards, challenges, incentives).
• Be the voice of the customer internally, balancing usability with advanced functionality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management for SaaS platforms.
• Strong background in web console design and usability using web development best practices
• Proven ability to manage roadmaps, prioritization, and feature releases.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to deliver world-class interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and leadership.
• Familiarity with gamification principles and customer engagement strategies (leaderboards, challenges, incentives).
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data and AI-driven insights for decision-making.
• Self-starter who thrives in a startup-like environment and can own product end-to-end.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Family Entertainment Center (FEC), gaming, or leisure industry.
• Exposure to B2C product management (apps, kiosks, consumer engagement).
• Background in AI/BI tools
