**Financial Controller - Investment Advisory Firm

****A leading investment advisory firm, providing tailored financial solutions to external organizations and private clients, is seeking a Financial Controller for a dynamic and challenging role with significant exposure to senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.

**Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including for public reporting companies
• Deliver consolidated reporting, management reports, and investor updates
• Manage regulatory filings and statutory tax reports
• Monitor loans, interest, and receivables on an ongoing basis
• Oversee and report on financial covenants
• Support bond issuances and other financing projects
• Collaborate closely with executives, investors, and financial institutions

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license - mandatory

• Post-internship experience both in an accounting firm and in a company within capital markets, real estate, or investment funds

• If only from an accounting firm: must have served as a Manager in the audit department of one of the BIG4

• Advanced Excel skills - mandatory

• Experience in a non-banking credit company - strong advantage

• Experience with Priority ERP - advantage

• Proven experience in supporting bond issuances - advantage

• High-level English proficiency - advantage

• Strong accuracy, responsibility, and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
