Studio Rox is expanding. We are an Israeli UX/UI studio focused on end-to-end user experiences for high-tier companies.We work alongside our in-house, AI-driven development team to ensure our strategic designs translate seamlessly into the final product.

We are looking for a designer to join our team, take ownership of product decisions, and work hands-on with developers to build innovative websites and products using cutting-edge technologies.

The Role

You will lead the design process from initial research to final execution, prioritizing interactive and innovative solutions. You’ll join a collaborative environment that values thoughtful design, clear communication, and professional evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Develop creative concepts and translate them into high-fidelity user experiences.
• Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to define goals, gather insights, and present strategic design solutions.
• AI Integration: Use AI tools to optimize design workflows and create forward-thinking digital products.
• Design-to-Dev: Bridge the gap between design and code by working closely with our internal development team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Education: B.Des. in Visual Communication.
• Technical Edge: Expert-level proficiency with AI design tools and a strong interest in the intersection of design and technology.
• Execution: Deep understanding of UX methodologies and a "pixel-perfect" approach to complex challenges.
• Mindset: A strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.

• Location: Full-time, on-site at our Haifa branch.
