We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in the company’s business and strategic decision-making processes.

This role combines deep financial analysis, large-scale data work, and complex financial modeling, with a strong connection to the business and real impact on performance.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth financial and economic analyses to evaluate company performance and identify trends
• Build, develop, and maintain complex financial models in Excel
• Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights and recommendations for management
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Payments, Finance, and Product teams to implement analytical insights
• Build and maintain sales commission and incentive models
• Analyze commission structures and propose improvements to optimize incentives and performance
• Work closely with the Payments team to analyze collection trends, identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare management reports and work directly with senior stakeholders
• Support decision-making processes by connecting data, numbers, and broader business context

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Experience in Fintech / Online / Gaming / E-commerce / Marketing / Data-driven environments – a strong advantage
• Very high proficiency in Excel (complex financial models, advanced formulas, large datasets)
• Experience with Power Query – a significant advantage
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) – an advantage
• Strong analytical and quantitative thinking skills
• Proven ability to see the big picture and understand business and strategic implications of data
• Excellent communication, data presentation, and business storytelling skills
• High level of independence, ownership, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Critical thinking, initiative, and a strong desire to influence business processes
