התפקיד כולל ליווי שוטף של ועדות מכרזים, ניסוח וכתיבה של מכרזים, הסכמים, חוות דעת, מכתבי מענה, כתבי טענות ועוד. למתאימים יש אפשרות לעסוק גם בליטיגציה מינהלית כולל ייצוג בערכאות.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in Ramat Gan. The role involves providing legal advice and repsentation in Administraive Law and Tender's Law, drafting and reviewing tenders, agreements. Ongoing legal support for Tender's commitees and representing clients in legal proceedings. The lawyer will collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure solutions align with client needs and legal frameworks while maintaining the firm’s high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (3-5 years preferred) in a Admnisitrative Law and Tender's Law - Mandatorial
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Hebrew.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Legal Research, Drafting, and Document Review
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
