AiGent is a fast-growing InsurTech startup building advanced data extraction, automation, and financial intelligence tools for insurance agencies.

We combine web scraping, large-scale data processing, algorithmic decision-making, and LLM-based analysis to create the next generation of insurance data infrastructure.

We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer (Senior or strong Mid-level) who is highly motivated, curious, and eager to grow, to join our core engineering team and take real ownership over meaningful parts of the system.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain production grade systems in .NET Core and React
• Develop and maintain Playwright-based automation and scraping workflows
• Work with AWS cloud services (compute, storage, serverless)
• Take ownership over features end-to-end from design to production
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, product, and data/AI teams
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Help improve code quality, performance, and reliability
• Grow into a technical leader over time (if that’s your ambition)

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience (Backend / Full Stack)
• Strong experience with .NET Core
• Solid experience with React
• Experience (or strong interest) in automation / scraping (Playwright is a big plus)
• Experience working with AWS
• Comfortable with GitHub workflows, PRs, and code reviews
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• High-level English
