The company employs around 200 people, is located in central Israel near public transportation, and requires full professional proficiency in English for communication with international organizations.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5+ years in architecture-focused roles.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying production-grade systems on Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Practical experience with CI/CD processes in cloud-native environments.
• Experience with CI/CD processes in OpenShift on-premises.
• Experience working in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
