Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager to lead and manage the company’s marketing communications activities across all channels, in Israel and globally.

This role carries end-to-end responsibility for the company’s brand presence, messaging, and visibility, and involves close collaboration with management, sales, and external partners.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Lead and execute the company’s marketing communications strategy across all channels (web, social media, PR, conferences, exhibitions, etc.), with a strong hands-on, execution-driven approach
• Management and coordination of external vendors and subcontractors across all marketing activities, including exhibitions, video editing, social media, employer branding, conferences, website management, and more.
• Full ownership of the company website – content management, updates, user experience, and coordination with external vendors
• Planning and execution of international and local exhibitions, conferences and trade shows – logistics, branding, marketing materials, and on-site presence
• Organization and management of conferences, customer events, and marketing activities
• Management of social media channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn – content creation, publishing, and employer branding
• Creation and editing of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, product datasheets, press releases, and corporate content
• Close collaboration with sales, management, R&D, and external suppliers
• Ensuring consistent brand language and visual identity across all communication channels
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with security, export, and confidentiality constraints
• Monitoring performance and continuously improving marketing communication activities

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications / B2B Marketing (advantage for defense, aerospace, or high-tech industries)
• Proven experience managing exhibitions and international conferences
• Experience managing websites and digital content
• Hands-on experience managing business social media channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hebrew – advantage)
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Independent, proactive, and highly collaborative team player
