We are seeking an experienced, resilient, and hands-on HR & Recruitment Manager to lead our people management function. This role combines strategic HR leadership with operational excellence in international recruitment and employee support.

Persona.ly is a small, global, fast-moving, private company developing machine- learning models to predict user behavior in mobile apps. We work with some of the top apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global recruitment across multiple regions, including Eastern Europe, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and additional markets.
• Manage and mentor 1-2 recruiters; set priorities, workflows, and hiring standards.
• Serve as a strategic partner directly with the founder and the leadership team, providing strategic HR counsel, insights, and business-aligned recommendations.
• Advise on sensitive employee matters, labor laws, compensation, and provide practical and professional solutions.
• Oversee all HR operations, including hiring processes across locations, compliance with varied local requirements, salary data, welfare, etc.

Requirements

• Exceptional resilience, emotional maturity, excellent communication.
• Proven experience advising founders.
• True business understanding and the ability to operate in a complex business environment.
• Proven experience in HR and recruitment management in a global environment.
• Hands-on mindset with the capability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution of the full employment life cycle
• Very high level spoken English for interviews and daily communication (native/near-native proficiency - must)
• People management experience- an advantage
