Key Responsibilties

• Administer the Training Record System (TRS) to support production, including resolving TRS-related issues at the site level
• Create and maintain TRS training plans and records
• Develop training plans and monitor progress to ensure alignment with production schedules
• Guide teams and ensure adherence to established training policies and requirements
• Evaluate and periodically review manufacturing practices and training effectiveness
• Revise and update training procedures and work instructions in Windchill as needed
• Deliver training programs based on operational business needs
• Develop training tools and resources tailored to operational requirements

Requirements

• Practical Engineer Diploma in Mechanics or Electronics
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
