Responsibilities

The role requires mastering a complex product, demonstrating strong technical understanding, and working closely with the Support, Marketing, Product, and R&D teams.
The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program over several months, covering the Priority product, support processes, and social media operations.

Requirements

Native Hebrew (spoken and written), and very good English.
Familiarity with ERP systems – strong advantage (especially Priority ERP).
Experience with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, App Stores, Reddit) and the ability to communicate professionally and represent the company online.
Understanding of the customer service world.
Excellent written communication skills – clear, fluent, and professional writing.
Strong interpersonal skills – patience, active listening, positive attitude, and willingness to help.
High self-learning ability, service-oriented mindset, strong time management, and ability to perform under pressure.
