**_Join a core development team working in a Mainframe (MF) environment.
The role includes **integrated development in COBOL with CICS and Batch processing.
**Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in COBOL development (CICS + Batch) – mandatory
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with DB2 – mandatory
- At least 4 years of experience working with VSAM databases – mandatory
- Experience with JCL – mandatory
- Familiarity with financial systems – an advantage
Soft Skills & Personal Attributes
- Broad system-level perspective, quick understanding, and ability to integrate into complex systems
- Proactive mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
- Ability to work independently and lead tasks end-to-end
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work non-standard hours when required (e.g., production issues)
