We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide high-quality customer support. This is an office-based position in Haifa (Hutzot HaMifratz) — an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy solving technical issues, working in a dynamic environment, and communicating effectively with users of various technical backgrounds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose, investigate, and resolve hardware- and software-related issues.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

Perform on-site equipment repairs and part replacements.

Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting steps, including the use of diagnostic tools and software.

Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.

Organize service activities related to repairing or replacing defective devices.

Manage and resolve service cases within the assigned territory.

Follow internal procedures and maintain up-to-date documentation and information.

Ensure a high level of customer service within the assigned region.

Perform other related tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.

Ability to explain technical matters to both technical and non-technical users.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Ability to quickly learn TCU hardware and software solutions.

Higher technical education (preferred).

Experience in technical support (strong advantage).

English — professional proficiency or native level.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to work under stress and multitask.

Proactive approach to using internal and external resources to solve problems.

• Hebrew is not required.
