About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Account Manager to own and grow strategic relationships with key national and high-potential regional partners. This is a commercially driven role for someone who excels at building trust, turning data into action, and driving long-term partner success in a fast-paced marketplace environment.

You will act as a strategic advisor to our top partners — leading tailored growth plans, negotiating commercial agreements, and orchestrating cross-functional execution across the company. In parallel, you’ll play a leadership role within the team by mentoring junior account managers and helping shape the future of our partner organization.

What You’ll Do

Own & Grow Strategic Accounts

Manage a portfolio of national and high-impact partners, building long-term relationships that drive performance, satisfaction, and retention.

Strategic Account Planning

Develop quarterly and annual growth plans, including joint targets, promotional strategies, menu and content optimization, and marketing initiatives.

Data-Driven Optimization

Analyze partner performance to identify gaps and opportunities. Translate insights into clear action plans that improve operational efficiency, delivery quality, and revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Content, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional partner experience.

Commercial & Contract Ownership

Lead negotiations on renewals, upsells, exclusivity agreements, and commercial terms — balancing partner value with HAAT’s strategic and financial goals.

Partner Advocacy

Serve as the internal voice of the partner, surfacing feedback, aligning on product and feature needs, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Mentorship & Team Leadership

Coach and support junior account managers, sharing best practices, providing structure, and raising the overall standard of account management.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnerships, Sales, or Client-facing roles, ideally in tech, FMCG, delivery platforms, or marketplace environments
  • Proven track record managing high-value accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding commercial targets
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build sustainable, win-win partnerships
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including experience working with senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Highly data-literate, comfortable using dashboards and KPIs to guide decisions
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • A relationship-driven problem solver with a growth mindset
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable thriving in a fast-growing, high-ownership environment
