BettingJobs is working with a crypto casino and sportsbook operator that is looking to add an Acquisition Manager to it's all remote team.

The Role:

The Acquisition Manager will be a key element of the Marketing team, responsible for driving and managing all the Acquisition Marketing activities for a Global Crypto Casino and Sportsbook brand.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimise digital acquisition campaigns across key paid channels and platforms.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, with a strong focus on performance-driven deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, acting as their main point of contact.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyse data, and optimise deals, creatives, and placements to hit agreed KPIs.
• Develop simple, effective acquisition and affiliate strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Ensure affiliates follow brand, compliance, and responsible gaming guidelines.
• Prepare clear performance reports and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
• Represent PLAYBET.io professionally in online communities and at selected industry events when needed.

Qualifications and skills:

• 5 years of experience managing and executing Acquisition Marketing for a Crypto Casino / Sportsbook
• Proactively in identifying new sources of acquisition in the Crypto casino industry
• Experience with Affiliates Management
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with performance metrics and targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with external partners.
• Comfortably working remotely, managing your own pipeline, and prioritising projects independently.
• Experience with the Curacao or MGA license
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Candidates should be based in, or able to work standard business hours in, the Central European Time (CET) zone.
