Job Overview:

As an AI Model Trainer specializing in Generative AI (GenAI), you will be responsible for training and refining AI models that process medical data to support insurance-related decision-making, including underwriting and claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and aligning the model to domain specific tasks to improve AI model performance.
• Train and fine-tune GenAI models to enhance understanding of medical terminology, diagnoses, treatments, and insurance-related documentation.

· Give insights, suggestions and inputs with the assistance of process automation through AI agents.

• Identify inconsistencies in model outputs and provide corrective feedback.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize training methodologies and dataset quality.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on AI-generated outputs for underwriting and claims assessment.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner, while meeting stressed SLA deadlines.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Native level English
• Fast learning skills and very good computer skills.

Advantage:

• Background in medicine, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field (e.g., medical coding, nursing, biomedical sciences, paramedical professions).
• Background in the insurance industry, specifically in underwriting, claims assessment, or medical risk evaluation.
• Background in Data Analysis.
• Strong understanding of medical documentation and terminology, as relevant to insurance processes.
• Experience in data annotation, NLP model training, or AI-based insurance/medical applications.
• High attention to detail and ability to evaluate AI-generated text for accuracy and relevance.
