A leading CPA firm in Netanya is seeking a Senior Payroll Accountant to manage and lead the Payroll Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full management of the payroll department, including responsibility for all payroll processes from data collection to payroll slips issuance and reporting to authorities
• Management of a team of payroll accountants: training, guidance, supervision, and professional development
• Payroll control and audits: performing ongoing checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality payroll processing
• Client and employee support: handling inquiries related to payroll matters
• Reporting to authorities: preparation and submission of ongoing reports to tax authorities, National Insurance Institute, and other relevant bodies
• Process improvement: identifying opportunities to optimize and improve payroll workflows and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Certified Payroll Accountant qualification – mandatory
• Several years of experience in payroll accounting, including proven experience in team management
• Full proficiency in Shiklolith payroll systems – mandatory
• Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
