In 2024, we launched Book by Anyone – a product that lets customers create personalized, AI-generated books as humorous gifts. Over the past year and a half, we've sold more than 450,000 books, mainly in the US, UK, and Canada, and received thousands of amazing responses from customers who truly loved the product (we even got featured by the BBC!).

We are looking for someone with high proficiency in using GenAI models for creative work to help us build new products. Someone who has experimented with many AI models and has used tools like ComfyUI, Weavy, Flora, etc. to build robust and predictable AI workflows for content generation.

What you'll do:

• You will help us develop a wide range of personalized AI-based products for the consumer.
• Given a product idea, your job will be to build production-ready workflows that generate the relevant assets for the product.
• For example, in a personalized children’s book product, you will build a workflow to create the story, illustrations, etc. – based on the customer’s input.
• You will work directly with our product and engineering team to ensure the workflows satisfy the product definition, and that they are production-ready and cost-effective.

Who you are:

• Experience in working with image and video generation models like Nano Banana, GPT Image 1.5, Veo3, FLUX, etc.
• Mastery of modern generative AI tools (ComfyUI, Weavy, Flora, Runway, or similar platforms) with hands-on experience building custom digital workflows using visual coding interfaces.
• Experience with fine-tuning generative AI models (LoRA training, custom model development) for visual applications.
• Great taste and intuition when it comes to product and design.
• Bonus 1: Hold a degree in a design discipline like Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Architecture, etc. (a science degree is also great).
• Bonus 2: Served in an elite unit in the army.
