**We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help build a first of its kind product, that is transforming the day-to-day of finance teams.

Joining Nominal as one of our first product managers presents a unique opportunity to significantly influence our product strategy and help establish foundational processes. This is a chance to shape our product organization and leave your mark on our growing company during a pivotal stage of our development.

Responsibilities And Impact

• Plan, own and execute the product roadmap for assigned product areas, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs
• Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancement
• Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user needs
• Define product requirements in collaboration with engineering and design teams
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
• Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and pain points

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
• Previous startup experience is essential - you must thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Demonstrated ability to quickly master complex domains from scratch
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - you can talk about the details while seeing the big picture
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer-centric mindset and strong empathy for user needs
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions with incomplete information

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BSc in a technical or analytical field
• Experience with AI products, fintech solutions, or, ideally, the intersection of AI and Fintech
• Accounting background
