Role Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and security-focused Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure. This role will focus on identity, access management, and cybersecurity, ensuring robust protection of enterprise assets and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement secure cloud solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Design and enforce identity and access management strategies using Entra ID and Active Directory Security.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, and Defender for CloudApps to enhance threat protection and response capabilities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align cloud security architecture with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and manage Privileged Access Workstation (PAW) environments to protect high-value assets.
• Drive adoption of Azure Network Security best practices including NSGs, firewalls, and private endpoints.
• Integrate Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and information protection.
• Provide technical leadership in Azure Security Center, Microsoft Sentinel, and other monitoring tools.
• Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews for cloud-based applications and services.
• Support incident response and forensic investigations in cloud environments.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on secure cloud development practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or Security Architect in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, especially in security and identity services.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, and Privileged Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender suite (Cloud, Endpoint, CloudApps).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and data protection strategies.
• Solid understanding of network security principles in cloud environments.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
